Welcome to InnerBrilliance Coaching. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://innerbrilliancecoaching.com/ (the “Site”) and the coaching services, programs, and digital products offered by Rosie Guagliardo and InnerBrilliance Coaching (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this Site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. COACHING DISCLAIMER & RELATIONSHIP

• Not Therapy or Medical Advice: You understand that coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health care or medical advice. InnerBrilliance Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions.

• Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and for any decisions, choices, or actions you take as a result of the coaching relationship.

• No Guarantees: While we provide tools and strategies (such as the Energy-Driven Success Method), we make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes. Your success depends on your own engagement and implementation.

2. SERVICES AND PROGRAMS

• Scope: Services include 1:1 coaching (e.g., Discover & ALIGN), group mentorship (e.g., Embody & MAGNETIZE), intensives, and self-guided tools. The specific deliverables of your purchase are outlined on the respective program sales page.

• Scheduling: For 1:1 sessions, appointments are scheduled via our designated booking system. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without a refund.

• Refunds: * Digital Products/Home Study: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online courses and downloadable tools are final and non-refundable.

• Coaching Programs: Refund policies for long-term coaching partnerships are specified in your individual Coaching Agreement. Generally, payments made for sessions already rendered are non-refundable.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including the Energy-Driven Success Method, “Playbooks,” mini-workshops, videos, and articles, are the intellectual property of InnerBrilliance Coaching.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

• You may not record sessions, redistribute materials, or use our proprietary tools for commercial purposes without express written consent.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

• Fees: You agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

• Payment Plans: If you opt for a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the agreed-upon intervals. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of services and access to program materials.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy and the sensitive nature of coaching. All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., intent to harm self or others, or a court order).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerBrilliance Coaching and Rosie Guagliardo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Illinois], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in [Chicago, IL].
