Have you struggled with meditation or focusing your attention?
If so, I highly recommend this 21-day meditation series – – Become What You Believe. It’s led by Deepak Chopra and hosted by Oprah Winfrey. Although I haven’t experienced this particular series in the past, I know the other 21-Day Series have been grounding and inspiring.
The series comes in the form of 21 guided meditations (plus 1 bonus meditation) that each last about 20 minutes. They begin with a 5 minute opening explanation of what the mantra is for the day to provide focus. That explanation is followed by 15 minutes of soothing music to provide a calming environment. This format allows you to engage and be present in the moment.
The series lasts 21 days as it takes (a minimum of) 21 days to create a new habit. If nothing else, you’ll experience solid practice developing a positive habit.
