Want to get some movement while at home?
Knowing that movement and physical fitness is key to living a healthier life, I’m very excited to share these virtual at home workouts with two industry experts Julie Valenti and Julie Bellis. They’re amazing instructors at Equinox known for their fitness knowledge, caring way, and fun energy. Specifically, they know about the body, perfect form, and how to create fun classes with great music while building a sense of community.
