How To Maintain Energy
Does your day go by and you feel fatigued? Too much going on? Or, too many situations and personalities draining you?
A few of the most trusted tips that I share with clients before their energy gets too low include regulating physical, mental and emotional wellness.
Start by taking breaks throughout the day, and at the end of the workday.
Remember to eat healthy and get sleep based on your body’s needs, rather than most recent trends.
Emotions are often overlooked but, in fact, they may have a bigger impact on energy than you realize. Here’s how you can manage your emotional well-being throughout the day:
⭐️Feel your feelings as they arise. Don’t wait for them to build up. Process and feel them constantly—without judgment. Then, you won’t need to explode. It’s about Present Moment Awareness.
⭐️If that feels hard to do at first, always processing in the moment, just practice one day where you notice your feelings all day long. No judgment.
⭐️When you wake up, ask yourself do you feel energized or sluggish? No judgment.
⭐️When you’re walking to work, notice your feelings. Are you grateful or frustrated? Or something else. No judgment.
